At our corporate facilities or at client sites – together, we make places while transforming businesses into having even more positive impact on societies, the environment and our people. 工作地點：將軍澳工業邨 工作時間：5.5天工作, 每天9小時, 需輪班工作(早中夜) 工作職責 負責商廈機電系統的日常巡視、檢查、維修及保養工作，確保設備正常運作 負責維修隊伍的人手管理及工作安排 帶領隊伍處理日常及緊急故障維護保養、修理及改動工作 監管承辦商於施工期間的安全表現與工程質量，確保符合相關標準 完成維修及檢查報告，準確記錄工作進展與異常情況 協助處理相關報價或標書 職位要求 具2年或以上主管級經驗 持有有效的電工A牌，具備合資格的機電技術背景 具備機電系統維修或保養相關工作經驗， 需輪早中夜班 Why ISS Since our founding in 1901, ISS has been a people-first company.
