A Typical Day · Maintain technology & laboratories quality system according to ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025 and related ISO standards · Leading in technology & laboratories equipment calibration plan and preventive maintenance plan · Leading in new standard apply activities to technology & laboratories team for Fabric Care and Dish Care · Coordinate with Global Technology & Laboratories Team in need of quality system and continuous improvement program. · Works autonomously, following established procedures and guidelines to contribute to improvement · To provide improvement and innovation proposals · Coaching team to solve the problems with strategic thinking together with sense of urgency · Support technology and laboratories in need or other activities related to quality system Who You Are · Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent through acquired technical knowledge. · 3-5 years’ experience in International/National standard · Strong communication ability (both written and spoken) in English · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions Core Competencies · Mindset Quality and Safety approach · Openness and transparence internal and external organization.
