Responsibilities: Build AI agents and workflows for internal teams; Develop and implement AI solutions; End-user support; Manage and monitor server, cloud and network devices; Oversee server and database backups; Update IT document/logging. Requirements: Diploma or higher in IT or a related discipline; 3-5 years of working experience in the IT field; Experience in developing AI agents and workflows; Proficiency with CSS, JavaScript, Python, SQL; Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform; Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux Server, Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory and Exchange Server; Support experience with LAN and WAN networking; Self-motivated, hardworking, and a team player with good troubleshooting skills.
