SAP Project Manager (SAP S/4HANA Implementation)

Key Responsibilities : Plan and manage projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget (Project Planning and Management). Manage and allocate project resources effectively, including internal teams and external vendors (Resource Management). Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, and proactively resolve problems to minimize impact (Risk and Issue Management). Manage project changes, including scope, schedule, and cost adjustments, while maintaining alignment with business objectives (Change Management). Communicate and coordinate effectively with stakeholders, project teams, and related parties to ensure smooth project execution (Communication and Coordination). Ensure project quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle (Quality Assurance). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or other related fields Minimum 15 year experience in IT environment. Minimum 10 year experience in SAP Project Implementation and Leading Team. Have PM experience SAP S/4 HANA (Enterprise Resource Planning: ERP) at least 3 full cycle projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills. Experience in Software Development and Aglie Methodology is a plus. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. SAP S/4HANA Certification and/or PMP certification will be considered a strong advantage.
