Corporate Logistic Manager (Manufacturing)

Responsibilities: End-to-End Logistics Operations Oversight : Oversee the operations of flow of goods and materials, including management of shipping, transportation, customs declaration, and partnership with PMC and warehouse operations to meet order fulfillment, quality, and cost objectives. Team & Resource Planning and Management : Effectively plan and manage teams and resources to support business goals & direction, together with proactive demand and capacity planning. Supply Chain Strategy & Process Improvement : Lead process reviews and spearhead the development and execution of supply chain strategies and improvement programs to meet company goals Cost Optimization & Customer Satisfaction : Drive continuous improvement of truck utilization, cost effectiveness & control, and customer satisfaction levels. Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration : Timely liaise with cross-functional teams and regions within the Group to strive for operational excellence, and with customers and suppliers when encountering issues related to operations, cycle time, quality, and audits. Logistics Supplier Performance Management : Manage the performance of logistics suppliers and ensure operations in efficient and cost-effective. Ad hoc Assignments : Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects as directed by management. Requirements: Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline Minimum 8 years of supply chain/logistics operations experience within PRC manufacturing environments, including at least 3 years in a managerial role In-depth knowledge of China’s logistics, transportation, and customs policies and regulations is essential Familiarity with Vietnam’s logistics and customs regulations is an advantage Strong business acumen, good team player, proactive, and results-driven Good planning, organizational, and change management capabilities Good communication and interpersonal skills Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin Willing to travel to Vietnam as required
