Internal Audit Manager

Join our team as an Internal Auditor and play a key role in strengthening our business operations. You will work closely with management to enhance internal controls, improve processes, and ensure compliance across the organization. Job Description: Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans to support business objectives Evaluate internal controls, identify gaps, and recommend practical, value-added improvements Monitor and report on audit findings and corrective actions to management and the Audit Committee Maintain audit documentation and prepare insightful reports to support decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and improve business processes Support the development and enhancement of internal audit programs, policies, and procedures Participate in analytical reviews to help drive operational excellence and efficiency Qualification Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (GPA > 3.00) At least 5 years of experience in Internal Audit CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) is preferred Experience in risk management or process improvement is a plus Strong understanding of risk-based auditing and internal control frameworks Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Good command of English (spoken and written) and strong computer skills Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven Work location: Amata Bangkok Office (Huay Kwang) Map : https://maps.app.goo.gl/bZpJsUZfwe3d3cDQA ✨ Why Join Us?
