Responsibilities: Provide frontline customer service including account opening, transaction support, and product inquiries Identify client needs and recommend suitable banking products (e.g. savings, loans, insurance) Assist in cross-selling and upselling financial solutions to enhance customer portfolio value Handle routine banking operations such as deposits, withdrawals, remittances, and cheque processing Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines (e.g. KYC, AML) Participate in promotional campaigns and client engagement activities Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with Relationship Managers and other departments to support client onboarding and servicing Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline is preferred 1–3 years of experience in banking or financial services industry, or experience in promoting financial products; fresh graduates will be considered too Candidates with more experience in banking or financial services industry will be consider as Relationship Manager Strong interpersonal and communication skills Customer-focused mindset with proactive service attitude Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
