Job Responsibilities · Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely, accurate, and tailored quotations that address their specific needs. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, fostering trust and loyalty. · Quotation Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement an effective quotation strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives. Oversee the entire quotation lifecycle, from initial request to final approval and submission. · Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay abreast of pricing trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements. Use this insight to refine quoting strategies and ensure competitiveness. · Cost Analysis & Profitability: Collaborate with finance and product teams to analyse costs and determine pricing structures that maximize profitability while remaining attractive to customers. Ensure quotations align with company margins and profit targets. · Process Optimization: Continuously review and optimize the quotation process, identifying areas for automation, streamlining workflows, and improving efficiency. Implement changes that reduce lead times and enhance overall customer experience. · Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to track quotation performance metrics, including conversion rates, pricing accuracy, and customer feedback. Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting trends, successes, and areas for improvement. · Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all quotations comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. Manage risks associated with pricing errors, contractual obligations, and customer disputes. Job Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines · Good experience in Business Development, Sales, Quotations and Support · Knowledge in electrical appliances would be advantage · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. · Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting. · Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
