Job Summary Responsible for the overall supervision and escalation point related to this contract management on a shift basis, and to ensure safe, efficient and smooth daily operations including emergency situations management, facilities availability and reliability perspective. Language: English & Chinese What you’ll do Manage and monitor frontline staffs’ duty to ensure daily operation is performed as pre-set standard Respond to accidents/incidents and other emergency situations and to execute any contingency measure Establish work schedules and assign duties for frontline staff Ensure all ordinances and Company procedures are observed and properly followed during the performance of activities Submission of reports, monthly remuneration and statistical information to AA by daily, monthly and annual basic Key qualifications Associate Degree or above holder in related discipline is preferred Minimum 7 years’ working experience with 3 years in a managerial capacity in the aviation industry Proven experience of airline/airport operations environment Personal skills you excel Competency in customer skills, operations management and common PC software Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese and good inter-personal skills.
