How You Will Do It: -Strong in research and development that could identify a continuous stream of commercially valuable new products -Manage responsible projects from concept product development to launch in terms of merchandising plan, scheduling and progress monitoring -Assist to formulate annual collection launch plan -Conduct in-depth research on similar products among competitors in order to implement effective sales strategies for achievement of sales target -Responsible for the retail sales analysis and making sales reports accordingly -Review sales performance and formulate incentive programs in time to enhance it -Support any ad-hoc product development projects and all key meeting forums What we look for: -University degree or equivalent -Minimum 7 years relevant working experience -IP project development and supplier management would be a plus -Mature and able to work independently -A team player, self-motivated, problem solving skills, good project management and analytical skills -Well organized, with attention to detail and commercial sense -Good written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese -Proficient in MS Words, Excel & PowerPoint is a MUST -Immediate available is highly preferred What we offer: -Development opportunities -5 day work week -Bank Holiday -Birthday Leave / Marriage Leave / Full Paid Sick Leave -Discretionary Year End Bonus / Mid-Year Bonus -Medical Insurance -Wedding Gift / Newborn Gift -Staff Discount Interested parties, please send your application with detailed resume including academic qualification, career history, current and expected salary by clicking “APPLY NOW”.
