Senior Dealer

Responsibilities Execute and handle orders for HK and global securities, futures, and funds, primarily for institutional and corporate clients Monitor client portfolios, trading activities, and margin levels with a focus on institutional accounts Lead or actively participate in system development projects, UAT, and implementation of new trading platforms Assist in drafting and updating operational manuals, guidelines, and product-specific documentation Support account opening processes and deliver high-touch client services to institutional clients via telephone, email, online platforms, and face-to-face meetings Collaborate closely with internal departments (e.g., Compliance, Settlement, IT) to ensure seamless service delivery Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments independently as required Requirements University graduate, preferably in Business, Finance, or related disciplines Holder of SFC Type 1 and Type 2 licenses is a MUST; Type 4 license is an advantage Minimum 8 years of solid dealing experience in financial institutions or brokerage firms, with proven experience handling institutional clients Independent, capable of working under pressure, and able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English Proactive, detail-oriented, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality service Willing to work shift duties (including night shifts) as required We offer a competitive remuneration package and promising career prospects to the right candidate.
