Officer, Securities Processing

Responsibilities Responsible for performing daily settlement of Unit Trust, ELN, Retail Bonds and other investment products in a timely and effective manner Provide administration support related to securities processing and corporate actions Prepare operation manual for policy/procedure changes Ensure all transactions are in full compliance with internal / external rules and regulations Support User Acceptance Test (UAT) in system update and participate in any projects as assigned Requirements: Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines Fresh graduates are also welcome Well-organized, self-motivated and attention to details Able to work under pressure under tight deadline Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing We offer competitive remuneration commensurate with candidate’s background.
