Project Manager

Chevalier (Construction) Company Limited has actively participated in many development projects in Hong Kong since the 1980s. Those projects include the redevelopment of public housing estates, the Private Sector Participation Scheme for the Hong Kong Housing Authority, construction of school buildings for primary, secondary and tertiary institutes, and a range of commercial, industrial, residential and shopping arcade projects for the private sector. Responsibilities Assist Senior Management in handling current and new projects Monitor site progress and quality control of projects including but not limited to project cashflow, contractual and safety issues Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure all procedures are in compliance with statutory requirements Requirements Degree in Building / Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent Chartered membership of HKIE / MICE / IStructE / CIOB will be an advantage 10 years post-qualification experience in project management preferably gained from main contractors, with at least 3 years in management level Hands on experience in handling building / fit-out / A&A projects and well versed in regulations of Building Department Good communications and interpersonal skills Benefits 5-Day Work Week Year End Bonus Medical Insurance Education Allowance Paid Annual Leave Paid Sick Leave Paid Marriage Leave & Marriage Gift New Born Baby Gift Scholarship for Employee’s Children Attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate.
