We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Corporate Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging accounting professional looking to develop their technical skills while gaining exposure to a diverse portfolio of hotel and property operations across Australia and New Zealand. About the Role Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support the Accounting and Finance Reporting Team with a broad range of accounting and financial administration responsibilities, including: Managing accounts receivable and debtor reporting Supporting month-end and year-end financial processes Preparing reconciliations, financial schedules and statutory reporting Assisting with tax, insurance and compliance requirements Partnering with internal stakeholders to provide finance support and resolve queries Contributing to process improvement initiatives and special projects Expected Hours: Full time, 38 hours per week Location: Minor Hotels Australasia, 26 Duporth Ave, Maroochydore, QLD 4558 Salary: $60,000-80,000 (excluding super) Approved Sponsor: Minor Hotels Australasia Limited (previously known as Oaks Hotels & Resorts Limited) What We're Looking For Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities A proactive approach and willingness to learn Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems At Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
