Equipment Communication & Software Integration Integrate software with both new and existing manufacturing equipment. Work with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) communication protocols. Develop equipment data collection and signal handshaking mechanisms. Factory Automation Platform Development Develop and maintain system integrations among MES (Manufacturing Execution System), CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing), EAP (Equipment Automation Program), and AMHS (Automated Material Handling System). Design and develop APIs for cross-system data exchange. Cross-System Integration Testing Lead integration testing for new equipment before production release. Ensure data accuracy and reliability across both OT (Operational Technology) and IT (Information Technology) environments. Database & Data Analysis Utilize SQL for database querying and troubleshooting. Monitor system logs, analyze production-related issues, and optimize system performance.
