Your role will come with various responsibilities which will make your department run smoothly. Responsibilities Welcoming guest with a warm greeting.. Taking beverage and food orders correctly ensuring all customers preferences are met. Upselling items and promoting our loyalty scheme Maintain a clean and tidy area in your section. Helping other team members in different departments when needed. Handle guest inquires and resolves any issues professionally. Skills Customer service Food Hygiene and safety Handling cash transactions Communication Time Management Problem Solving Active Listening Multitasking The Person: Successful candidates for the position of Front of House Multi-Skilled Receptionist will be able to work as a team but also work by themselves, communicate with there team but also other team members around the hotel. Handling situations in a polite and professional manner to suit guests needs.
