You will contribute to secure and green energy ecosystem creation by: Providing legal assistance in renewable energy projects in Latvia, including matters related to WTG/PV/BESS supply, EPC, BoP, TCM agreements, construction agreements FIDIC, claims management, as well as environmental and general commercial matters Preparing and implementing internal procedures to ensure compliance and effective risk mitigation Liaising with legal advisors, regulators, management, and other stakeholders on relevant legal issues Master’s degree in law At least 3 years of experience in the legal field, preferably in construction and/or real estate Proficiency in English and experience working with international teams Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on supporting internal clients (e.g., business teams) Ability to independently prioritize tasks and evaluate options to find effective solutions Would be an advantage: Experience in energy sector To take part in an unfolding energy transformation process to create a 100% secure and green energy ecosystem for both current and future generations Mentorship-based culture designed to facilitate meaningful and value-driven work International team that is working on dynamic renewable energy projects Compensation corresponding to experience and competencies, and financial incentives dependent on achieved results Extensive learning and qualification enhancement programs A hybrid work model (3+2) and flexible working hours Attention to physical and emotional health: wellness mentor initiatives and psychological support etc. Additional paid days for health improvement, short-term illness, volunteering, and accumulated work experience.
