This technical resource will be part of the Global Salesforce CRM Development Team responsible for delivering and supporting CRM and Quote-to-Cash solutions across the Experian enterprise. You will partner with multiple partners, including architects, product owners, business analysts, and delivery teams. Together, they will design scalable Salesforce solutions. These solutions will use a range of tools, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and enterprise integrations. You will help implement strategic programs, maintain platform stability, and improve across multiple business regions. You will report to a Manager. Key Responsibilities: Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and platform automation. Develop integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST APIs, web services, middleware, and event-driven patterns. Support CRM and Quote-to-Cash business processes including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud. Participate in solution design reviews, technical estimations, and architecture discussions. Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to translate our requirements into technical solutions. Create technical design documentation and integration specifications. Support release management, CI/CD processes, code reviews, testing, and production deployments. Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis. Improve platform optimization, scalability improvements, and adoption of Salesforce best practices. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery programs. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. 8+ years of software development experience. Minimum 5 years of Salesforce platform development experience. Expertise in: Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) SOQL/SOSL Salesforce APIs Salesforce Security Model Flow Automation Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. Experience building and supporting enterprise integrations using REST APIs and middleware platforms. Understanding of Salesforce data model, governor limits, sharing model, and performance optimization. Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
