Purpose for the role: We're looking for a Sales Automation Specialist to sit between our business teams and technical developers, turning agency incentive structures, performance dashboards, and website content into automated, accurate, and easy-to-use systems. You'll play a hands-on role across Databricks-driven calculations, Tableau reporting, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) website components, within the airline/travel industry. Accountabilities Gather and translate business requirements, agency incentive schemes, target structures, and reporting needs, into clear technical specs for developers. Validate and troubleshooting incentive calculations built in Databricks, ensuring outputs match business intent. Design and maintain Tableau dashboards that give stakeholders clear visibility into performance and incentive outcomes. Build and update AEM components for our trade and corporate websites, stepping in hands-on when extra development support is needed. Act as the go-to link between business stakeholders and technical teams across Databricks, AEM, and Salesforce. Identify and drive opportunities to automate manual processes across incentive calculation, reporting, and web content workflows. Education & Experience Minimum of 3- 5 years' experience in business systems, automation, or data analyst role. Working knowledge of Databricks (or similar data pipeline tools), with SQL and/or Python for validation. Strong Tableau skills for dashboard design, plus confident PowerPoint communication for business audiences. Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including component build/customization (HTML/CSS/JS a plus). Understanding of sales, agency, or commission incentive structures. Exposure to Salesforce reporting and dashboard configuration. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
