Own GYG's new restaurant opening playbook and bring the brand to life in the community. GYG is opening restaurants at pace throughout Australia. The Marketing Manager – NRO & Activations leads the end-to-end marketing strategy for every new opening, builds the crew and fan activation programs that create genuine brand love, and runs the Talent Pool that makes GYG's on-the-ground presence possible. This role may require weekend and evening availability around restaurant openings and activations. What You'll Do Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for new restaurant openings Develop 120-day plans marketing strategies for each NRO. Work with the State Marketing Managers post opening to ensure smooth transition of marketing plans. Build and maintain relationships with local communities, businesses, schools, and sports clubs ahead of new openings Develop and execute crew engagement and fan activation programs that build brand love and community connection Design and deliver bespoke activation concepts that bring the GYG brand to life in-restaurant and in the community Act as the Talent Pool lead — recruit, brief, and manage activation talent for events and openings Coordinate NRO marketing logistics including print materials, signage, local media, and on-the-ground execution Report on all opening activity to capture learnings and improve future NRO executions Develop and Lead national GYG activations, including sponsorship and brand activations. Working closely with each State Marketing Manage on state specific activation and assist where necessary.
