This role focuses on quality workmanship, reliable throughput, and strict adherence to safety and documentation requirements. Job Purpose Set up, program basics as needed, and operate CNC equipment to manufacture parts to drawings and specifications while meeting daily output targets, maintaining dimensional accuracy, and minimizing scrap, downtime, and rework through consistent process control. Job Duties and Responsibilities CNC operation Read CAD drawings and specs Fanuc/Siemens controls operation Tool setting and offsets Use calipers/micrometers and gauges Process control Problem-solving and troubleshooting Efficient setup using work instructions Quality inspection and dimensional accuracy Adherence to safety procedures Follow safety and documentation requirements Team communication Time management Required Qualifications CNC programming basics Fanuc/Siemens controls operation Tool setting and offsets Metrology skills (calipers/micrometers and gauges) Blueprint reading (CAD drawings and specifications) Attention to detail Problem-solving and troubleshooting Team communication Time management Strong adherence to safety procedures
