Join Our Finance Systems & Data Integrity Team We are seeking a talented and motivated TM1 Developer to join our Finance Systems & Data Integrity team. This high-performing team sits at the heart of the University's financial operations, ensuring our finance systems are reliable, data remains accurate and timely, and critical reporting requirements are delivered with excellence. Beyond maintaining core financial systems, the team plays a key role in driving continuous improvement across Finance. By enhancing processes, developing innovative solutions, and delivering robust financial modelling and reporting capabilities, to support informed decision-making across the University. About the Role As a TM1 Developer within the Finance Systems & Data Integrity team, you will be responsible for: Supporting the development and maintenance of TM1 models, processes, rules, reports, and system enhancements. Investigating and resolving financial data issues, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions. Collaborating with finance colleagues and key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective system solutions. Contributing to ongoing system improvements that enhance reporting capability, efficiency, and data integrity. About You To be successful in this role, you will: Have proven experience working with IBM TM1 (Planning Analytics) and Finance Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and continuously develop new technical and professional skills. Be an effective communicator who can build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across the University. Enjoy solving complex problems and identifying innovative ways to improve processes and systems. Hold relevant tertiary qualifications and have at least three years' experience in a systems-focused role. Degree and post graduate studies in a relevant area Certified Practicing Accountant or Charter Accounting registration would be advantageous. Your Typical Day In this role, you will: Receive, investigate, and resolve user support requests relating to TM1. Maintain and enhance TM1 processes, rules, dimensions, elements, and hierarchies. Design and develop new TM1 models aligned with the strategic needs of the Finance team. Engage with finance stakeholders to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and improved system functionality. Develop, maintain, and enhance financial reports and dashboards within TM1. What we can offer This is a full-time 12-month fixed term contract based at Brisbane South (Nathan). As Griffith is a multi-site University you may be required to work across other locations. Griffith University’s sites are located on the lands of the Yugarabul, Yuggera, Jagera, Turrbal, Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples.
