Your favorite chocolate and snacks are also sustainably packaged with our help. • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed the sales target in Korea for new equipment sales of Pharma industry. • Regular in-person visits at customer sites, building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers and developing new potential customers in Korea. Understand customer needs and requirements to ensure the Syntegon's solutions meet or exceed customer expectations. • Deliver product demonstrations and translate technical specifications into customer-focused solutions. • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with local partners, providing them with the necessary training, marketing support, and product information to drive sales of capital equipment. Provide support and guidance to help them to achieve better performance. • Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to translate customer feedback into improvements. • Identify new market opportunities and potential customers in Korea. Participate in industry-related exhibitions, conduct market research and analysis, collect market information like market trends and competitor activities, and joint works with marketing team to seize opportunities. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience in technical sales. With strong technical insight, able to quickly understand complex products and can present them convincingly. • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, local partners, distributors, and internal stakeholders. • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Willingness to travel extensively within Korea to meet with customers, local partners, and attend industry events. • Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Korean is a plus. • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.
