Role Overview Coface is seeking a Coface Global Solutions (CGS) Sales Manager to drive the development of the CGS portfolio across the GCC region. The role is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with brokers and strategic partners, expanding Coface market presence, and contributing to profitable growth in line with Coface commercial and risk strategy. Key Objectives (Mission) Develop and grow the CGS portfolio across GCC countries through new business acquisition. Build and strengthen relationships with brokers, prospects, multinational companies, and key decision-makers. Increase CGS market penetration and generate sustainable, profitable revenue growth. Promote Coface solutions and expand awareness of the CGS value proposition across the region. Contribute to the achievement of regional sales targets and strategic development objectives. Main Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Sales Identify, qualify, and pursue new CGS business opportunities across the GCC. Develop and execute a regional sales plan aligned with CGS growth objectives. Generate new business through direct client engagement, broker partnerships, referrals, and networking activities. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting. Deliver annual new business revenue targets. 2. Broker & Strategic Partner Management Establish and maintain strong relationships with key brokers and strategic intermediaries across the GCC. Develop joint business plans with major broker partners. Position Coface as a preferred provider of credit insurance solutions. Conduct broker visits, presentations, and training sessions. 3. Market Development Develop market intelligence on key industries and prospects within the GCC. Monitor economic trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Represent Coface at industry conferences and networking events. 4. Client Acquisition & Solution Development Understand client needs and develop tailored credit insurance solutions. Coordinate with underwriting, risk, commercial and CGS teams to structure proposals. Lead commercial negotiations while ensuring profitability and risk alignment. 5. Internal Coordination Work closely with underwriting, risk, commercial and operations teams. Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline development and market opportunities. 6. Risk Management & Compliance Ensure business development activities comply with Coface policies and regulations. Promote profitable growth while maintaining underwriting discipline. Reporting Line Reports to the Head of Coface Global Solutions (CGS), Dubai Experience 5 to 10 years of successful sales and business development experience within the Insurance or Financial Services industry. Strong experience in Trade Credit Insurance is highly preferred. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing business across GCC markets. Skills & Competencies Strong business development and prospecting capabilities. Excellent negotiation, presentation and influencing skills. Commercial expertise with a strong focus on profitable growth. Technical Knowledge Good understanding of Credit Insurance products, international programmes, and risk management solutions. Knowledge of GCC business environments and regional market dynamics. Key Success Factors Delivery of annual new business and revenue targets.
