Responsible for the Corporate Compliance Department including but not limited to submissions of additions and modification to the property’s internal control systems to the appropriate regulatory agency and directing global policies including currency transaction reporting and sales of gaming devices. Submit requests to regulatory agencies for approval to install associated gaming equipment, hardware and software. Respond to regulators for violations of gaming compliance. Monitor the progress of the approval process to ensure timely installation of products. Attend all meetings relative to company policy that affect gaming regulatory matters. Serve as the direct contact for all regulators in all jurisdictions on behalf of the company. Provide written responses to all compliance violations of gaming regulations or standards. Responsible for integration of acquired companies into the Corporation. Responsible for the development and implementation of training programs to be used uniformly by all properties in the area of Currency Transaction Reporting. Reviews internal audit reports to measure the level of compliance with the required procedures and internal control system. Serve as a Member of the Compliance Committee. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent work experience in the legal or regulatory fields. Three to five (3 to 5) years of Class 1 gaming experience. Must have strong knowledge of the company’s Internal Control system. Must have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office. Must have strong administrative and organizational skills. Must have solid communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
