As a Clinical Dietitian, you will perform the following duties: Nutrition Planning: Plan and organize nutrition assessments, counseling, diet education, and discharge planning Diet Management: Prepare and revise modified diets and monitor consumer acceptance of menu items Clinical Participation: Attend meetings and recommend nutrition interventions that support consumer health Program Support: Maintain records, update policies, and assist with computer program meal tracking Staff Guidance: Provide direction to food service staff involved in nutrition care tasks Professional Development: Complete continuing education and follow current standards for nutrition practice Interested in learning more?
