This position plays a key role in supporting the health and daily care of residents while guiding other nursing staff. As a Registered Nurse, you will perform the following duties: Nursing Care: Provide assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate resident health services Medication Oversight: Administer medications and monitor proper documentation by qualified personnel Resident Monitoring: Observe resident conditions, record daily care, and report changes to appropriate staff Leadership Support: Guide subordinates, evaluate performance, and assist with training and workflow planning Care Coordination: Complete assessments, assist with admissions, and share updates with incoming nursing staff Safety Compliance: Follow facility safety rules and report hazards or incidents to the supervisor Interested in learning more?
