You will work closely with supervisory and clinical staff to support health, safety, and overall well-being. As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Selinsgrove Center, you will perform the following duties: Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in physical condition and behavior Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to policy Clinical Support: Assist with diagnostic procedures, provider rounds, and collection of specimens Care Coordination: Communicate with team members to support continuity of care Program Implementation: Follow individual health plans and support personal care routines Safety Practices: Participate in emergency responses and maintain compliance with required training Interested in learning more? Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $ 68,914. 00 ( before taxes). QUALIFICATIONS Necessary Special Requirements: This position requires active authorization to practice as a Licensed Practice Nurse in Pennsylvania. All employees possessing an active temporary practice permit must obtain licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse within the one (1) year period defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing. Other Requirements: PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.
