Adjunct Instructor HVAC/R

Stark State College is seeking a passionate and dedicated part-time HVAC/R instructor to join our Applied Technology Department. Typical Responsibilities Include: Deliver engaging and effective instruction in various automotive and transportation courses while demonstrating effective communication skills. Foster an inclusive and collaborative learning environment that meets the needs of our student body. Implement innovative teaching methodologies and integrate technology to enhance the learning experience. Contribute to curriculum development and assessment activities. Provide academic advisement and support to students. Assist with department activities to promote the success of Stark State College. Required Qualifications: HS Diploma/Degree required Five years of trade or apprenticeship experience required HVAC or related journeyman status and/or Associates or Bachelors in HVAC/R or specialized certifications in the of study. 10 – Hour OSHA certification preferred You will be a great fit, if: Can effectively communicate with multifaceted student populations You have strong organizational skills.
