The UCM Kickoff is an exciting program being held August 13-16. The purpose is to welcome all first-year ( freshmen, transfer, and international) students to the University of Central Missouri and allow them to build a community with each other and transition to their new university home. Dedicated student leaders are needed to serve as Team Leaders to make this program successful. This leadership position is an excellent opportunity to get involved and welcome new students to Central Missouri's campus Duties Include: Each Mule Team Leader will be assigned and responsible for about 25 new students during the Kickoff, whom they will guide and assist by introducing them to UCM. In addition, students selected for this position will be expected to: Be available to attend all programs and activities on Sunday, August 9th- Sunday, August 16th. 2026 Participate in follow-up evaluations and provide feedback for future programs Education: Be a full-time undergraduate UCM student at the time of application and through Fall 2026 Have A 2.5 cumulative grade point average at the time of application Working Hours August 13 - 16 with various hours each day. 8am-6pm some days or noon-8pm other days This application requires a cover letter.
