Bass Lake Park is looking for energetic, dependable, and guest-focused Park Assistants to help create a welcoming experience for every visitor. What You’ll Do Greet and assist visitors with friendly, knowledgeable customer service. Support boat rentals, concession sales, and front desk operations. Help care for ambassador animals in accordance with park procedures and training. Set up and break down the conference room for rentals and special events. Assist with park maintenance, trail upkeep, and facility cleanliness. Support rental bookings, special events, and guest experiences throughout the park. Perform other related duties as assigned in support of guest experience and daily park operations. What We’re Looking For At least 16 years old. Friendly, reliable, and willing to learn. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly during a shift. Comfortable working in and around water. Available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed. Preference will be given to candidates who are available to work weekdays during normal business hours. Strong customer service skills and the ability to follow directions clearly. Job Details Pay Rate: $12 per hour. Hours: Up to 25 hours per week, depending on park needs. Requirements: All applicants must pass a background check and drug screening.
