MMCAP is a governmental cooperative purchasing organization for government facilities in all fifty (50) states. MMCAP is operated by the State of Minnesota's Department of Administration - Office of State Procurement ( https://mmcap.mn.gov/) . This position provides strategic leadership and direction to the Knowledge and Financial Management section of MMCAP that supports the enterprise's business strategies and consultative services addressing the business needs of MMCAP members. In carrying out this purpose, the position manages KFM staff and consultants to develop the enterprise's competitive information (market intelligence) and financial targets. This position operates in a national, visible and highly competitive environment impacted by national health care laws and programs such as the Affordable Care Act to serve over 35,000 facilities, located in 50 states, leveraging the cooperative purchasing, joint powers agreements, and federal safe harbor laws to best serve the expanding needs of MMCAP's members and its board of interstate advisors.
