Perform general office duties, including answering and screening telephone calls. Greet and assist walk-in clients and provide information or direct them to the appropriate resources. Receive and process payments by cash, check, and credit card. Utilize Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Explain the proper use and completion of forms, documents, and applications. Prepare and produce notices, reports, correspondence, letters, and other office documents. Provide administrative support to committee members and volunteers. Assist with planning, coordinating, and supporting events and activities. Maintain organized records and provide general administrative support as needed. Position is with the University of California Cooperative Extension in Merced County. Must be at least 18 years old. Flexible hours -- half days are fine.
