Assists the Road Data Services department in the preparation and maintenance of statewide highway inventory databases used for transportation planning. Performs technical duties associated with the collection, analysis, and distribution of complex statistical information in accordance with state and federal guidelines. Manages and maintains monthly Posting Advice data through review, support, and inclusion into and management of the ProjectWise database. Maintains and update the Inventory Manager database to reflect current and accurate reporting. Manages the Department's ProjectWise database records. Performs peer review of other employees' work. Produce Road Inventory related reporting. Maintains mileage ledgers. Recognizes, reports, and/or implements changes needed to improve the workflow of Road Inventory maintenance. Cross train other employees. Performs other related duties as assigned. A high school diploma and two (2) years of progressively responsible engineering technician related experience; or an approved acceptable equivalence. A valid motor operator's license is required.
