Please see the Benefits Overview video for details on the benefits offered to employees. Integrated Document Solutions (IDS) is a full-service, end-to-end document management operation. IDS advises, assists, and supports each agency’s needs, providing a wide variety of cost-efficient document solutions at a professional level. Provides production and warehouse support within a secure environment, with primary responsibilities including document storage and retrieval, secure document destruction, fulfillment, and mail processing. Ensures the accurate and secure handling, tracking, shipment, and disposition of sensitive materials while maintaining required records and supporting customer service needs. Operates warehouse and production equipment as needed. This is primarily a production-focused position; inventory management is a supporting function rather than a primary responsibility. A summary of the duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Route Delivery & Secure Transport Complete scheduled delivery routes to state offices. Securely transport warrants, deposits, checks, cash, mail, and other accountable materials. Maintain manifests, receipts, and transfer documentation. Document Control & Warehouse Operations Maintain secure document storage and inventory. Operate seated forklift and warehouse equipment. Track inventory and records using electronic systems. Support document retention and destruction processes. Fulfillment Operations Lead assigned fulfillment projects. Pick, pack, ship, and receive inventory. Process orders through Digital StoreFront. Maintain inventory accuracy through audits and reconciliation. Monitor order queues, shipping, tracking, and customer service. Identify workflow improvements to meet service standards Secure Document Destruction Coordinate and process records approved for destruction. Operate document destruction equipment and verify security standards. Process destruction documentation using TPTS and related systems. Secure, transport, and track destruction containers. Maintain accurate reporting, scheduling, and safety compliance. Data Entry & Production Support Assist with data entry, image verification, online services, and special projects. Support DOR Pipeline and Secretary of State petition processing as assigned. Timekeeping & Administrative Support Record labor using DOVICO, Kronos, or other approved systems. Maintain accurate billing and attendance records. Adhere to attendance and production requirements, especially during peak seasons. *A Human Resources Analyst will only review the work experience/job duties sections of the online job application to determine whether you meet the minimum qualifications for the position for which you are applying. Class Code & Classification Description: D7C3XX Production III Minimum Qualifications: Experience Only: Applicants must have at least two (2) years of relevant experience in basic computer and data-entry skills, the ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records, and the capacity to safely perform physical warehouse tasks. The exceptional candidate will possess the proven ability or accomplishment in the following preferred qualifications: Previous State Service related to the work assigned to the position Experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, production, mailroom, shipping/receiving, or inventory environment. Experience with inventory control, order fulfillment, document management, or records retention. Experience operating a forklift, pallet jack, or other warehouse equipment. Experience handling confidential, sensitive, accountable, or financial materials. Strong attention to detail with experience maintaining electronic records, logs, or tracking systems. Experience coordinating projects, prioritizing workloads, or serving as a lead. Strong customer service and communication skills.
