WHO WE ARE Montgomery County Recreation is a nationally recognized and award-winning agency committed to providing high-quality, diverse, and accessible programs, services, and facilities that enhance the quality of life for all ages, cultures, and abilities. The department manages 39 facilities, including recreation centers, senior centers, and indoor and outdoor aquatic facilities, and provides thousands of programs such as out-of-school activities, aquatics, classes, youth and adult sports programs and leagues, senior programs, and therapeutic recreation. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Montgomery County Recreation seeks an energetic, highly motivated, Site Director As a Site Director you will: Greet and assist participants and visitors with a professional, friendly, and welcoming attitude. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly looking up and sharing accurate information. Set up and break down equipment. Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and facility. Monitor activities and participant engagement to ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment. Problem-solve and troubleshoot during programs and activities or within a facility and respond to emergencies. Initiate cleaning and organizing of facility or program to ensure safety and readiness for use. Be knowledgeable of and enforce program and facility rules and requirements. As a Site Director, you may: Serve as an After-School Activities Coordinator, After-School Site Director, League or Event Coordinator Provide Supervision to large groups off-site and serve as a key ambassador for the department. Provide leadership and supervision in school-based or recreation facility-based programs or activities, including, but not limited to sports, out-of-school time programs, special events, etc. Supervise, plan, lead, coordinate, or evaluate a recreation activity. Work collaboratively with partners to deliver programs or services off-site or in recreation facilities. Collect and process registrations and payments while safeguarding financial and personal information. Assist with administrative processes such as answering phones and returning calls, completing reports, maintaining records, scheduling, ordering, checking in participants, contractors, guests, etc. To be a successful <span lang="EN-AU" class="TextRun S
