This position is primarily responsible for coordinating operations and supporting all instructional areas. This is a full-time, 12-month salaried exempt position. The Coordinator of Instructional Operations shall perform the following essential tasks/responsibilities: Work with the Director of Instruction in developing and checking semester course schedules; Assist with reporting and tracking of various projects, programs, and documents; Create and administer term course evaluations and instructional surveys; Manage content and completion tracking in syllabus management system; Support faculty in coordinating and conducting advisory committee meetings; Serve as a resource to students, faculty, and staff; Provide administrative support to the college Curriculum Committee; Support faculty assessment activities; Coordinate scheduling of adjunct and dual credit faculty observations; Assist faculty with hiring work studies and lab assistants; Monitor semester enrollment and assist with calculating faculty pay information for each semester; Assist program directors with the coordination and completion of program-specific projects, activities, and initiatives; Serve on college committees as appropriate; Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Instruction or instructional deans.
