The Scott County CDA is seeking a collaborative, versatile Property Management & Rental Assistance Administrator (Housing Specialist – Project Based). This unique hybrid role combines hands-on property management across CDA-owned affordable housing in Scott County with person-centered rental assistance administration and resident support. Key Responsibilities: Oversee unit showings, lease enforcement, inspections, turnover, and debt collection. Manage applicant eligibility, recertifications, and regulatory compliance. Connect residents with local community resources to support housing stability. Qualifications: 1–3 years of property leasing or housing program experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Property Management, Human Services, Social Work, or related field preferred (or equivalent combination). Valid driver's license required.
