The City of Davenport's Parks & Recreation Department is currently seeking dynamic individuals for the part-time Concession Attendant positions at the River's Edge sports center. Apply online at Seasonal and Summer Job Application - City of Davenport Benefits: PAID LEAVE: Accruals are earned based on the actual hours worked and are credited on the second pay check of each November. IPERS- A benefit plan that provides members with a monthly lifetime retirement benefit based on a formula including the employee's earnings and years of service. DISCOUNTED CLASSES: All City employees receive 20% off Park Amenities, including: adult and youth sports leagues, camps, theatre classes, and even shelter and facility rentals. Provide excellent customer service while working in a fast paced concession stand. Take orders and accept payment. Maintain and clean concession area. Serve food and beverages. Restock items as necessary. Performs additional custodial duties as assigned. Ability to work varied hours including evenings and weekends. Must pass a background check as prescribed by the City of Davenport. 18 years of age or older preferred, however all applications will be considered. On-the-job training will be provided. Ability to provide excellent customer service.
