Occasional operation of a variety of equipment. Status: Full-time, non-exempt, benefited Working hours: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, Mon.-Thurs.; OR 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Mon.-Fri.; must be able to work either shift and be available for emergency storm response. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and one-year equipment operations or construction experience; Missouri driver’s license; must receive a passing grade on the written portion of the Commercial Driver's License (CDL) exam within 6 months of hire and be able to pass the driving portion of the Class B with air brakes CDL exam within 12 months of hire. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. Proof of a valid driver’s license is required at time of application. Preferred Qualifications: Class B CDL with Air Brakes. Two years of road construction experience. Starting Hourly Pay Rate: $19.69 (no CDL) - $22.77 (with CDL) per hour to start.
