Public Works Equipment Operator I/II/III

Position Summary The Equipment Operator I/II/III plays a vital role in supporting Public Works operations by maintaining and improving the Town’s infrastructure, facilities, and essential services. This position performs a variety of maintenance, construction, repair, and equipment operation activities, including street maintenance, utility support, stormwater operations, snow and ice control, and emergency response. These positions operates a variety of vehicles, tools, and equipment while performing assigned maintenance activities and supporting daily field operations. Equipment Operators work as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently, respond to changing operational needs, and provide dependable services that support the community.
