Family Nurse Practitioner (Beavercreek Health Center)

Clackamas County’s Beavercreek Health Clinic is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about healthcare and committed to working in a collaborative, team-based environment. At Clackamas Health Centers (CHC), we provide fully integrated care through a dynamic model where primary care providers are supported by a strong team of RNs, clinical and dispensing pharmacists, behavioral health specialists (including a robust primary care-based MAT team), and dentists. This position includes an existing patient panel but offers an exciting growth opportunity to grow with new patients as well. We are especially interested in candidates with a strong commitment to caring for underserved populations and an interest in treating opioid use disorder. Required Minimum Qualifications/ Transferrable Skills:* Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the State of Oregon. Licensed and Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive privileges (within 30 days of hire) by the State of Oregon. DEA registration certificate with Schedule II–V privileges (within 30 days of hire). Must possess and maintain a Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate. Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a family medicine setting, with a focus on providing comprehensive primary care services. Preferred Special Qualifications/ Transferrable Skills:* Experience working in an FQHC setting. Pre-Employment Requirements: Must pass post-offer, pre-employment drug test.
