Trades Generalist

About the Position The Trades Generalist is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and repair of Maricopa County facilities, including keeping spaces, structures, and infrastructure in proper operating condition through a routine, scheduled, or anticipated fashion to prevent failure or degradation. Your expertise will be valued, and your knowledge will continue to expand as you build your career with Maricopa County. We are currently hiring for two shift schedules: Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Sunday - Thursday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM Note: Night/weekend shift will receive shift differential. About Us As the landlord for all facilities owned by Maricopa County, the Facilities Management Department is responsible for the planning, design, construction, maintenance, and operations of more than 200 facilities comprised of over 10 million square feet. Facilities Management is made up of a collaborative team that provides and performs various functions to meet the facility-related needs of all Maricopa County Departments. Our broad range of services includes various aspects of the ongoing operations and maintenance of all County-owned facilities, management of all facility projects, and in-house design services.
