Receptionist

The Medical Receptionist provides front desk, patient administration, scheduling, clerical, and administrative support services for the Ascension Island medical clinic under the V2X program. The incumbent supports daily clinic operations, patient intake activities, medical records management, communication support, and administrative coordination within a remote and austere operational environment supporting the Ascension Auxiliary Airfield (AAAF) mission. The Medical Receptionist supports operational readiness and continuity of healthcare services while ensuring compliance with applicable clinic procedures, privacy standards, and V2X operational requirements
