Animal Husbandry: Overseeing daily feeding, watering, milking, and general care tailored to the specific life stages of the animals. Health & Welfare: Monitoring for illness, administering vaccinations, treating injuries, and implementing strict biosecurity protocols. Breeding Programs: Assisting with reproduction, managing breeding cycles, and monitoring gestation and birth. Facility Maintenance: Cleaning and sanitizing pens, barns, and equipment while managing temperature and ventilation controls. Operations & Logistics: Keeping detailed records of animal performance, ordering feed/supplies, and preparing livestock for market or transport. [ 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 ]
