Desde Cona Consultores nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Analista Contable. Orientamos la búsqueda a perfiles proactivos, dinámicos y con buen nivel de comunicación, que cuenten con experiencia en posiciones similares y deseen desarrollarse en un entorno profesional desafiante. Principales responsabilidades: Realizar conciliaciones bancarias y de tarjetas de crédito. Conciliar retenciones y percepciones (IVA, IIBB y Ganancias). Registrar asientos contables. Cargar comprobantes y gestionar pagos a proveedores. Conciliar fondos fijos. Colaborar con distintas áreas en la recepción y procesamiento de información contable. Tareas generales impositivas.Requisitos Formación: estudiante o recibidos de carreras de Ciencias Económicas (Contador Público, Administración o afines). Experiencia: mínimo 2 años en posiciones similares, idealmente en empresas de servicios o industriales. Conocimientos en sistemas de gestion y herramientas Office. Before you apply, map the geography. The top five countries by volume are BR, CO, CL, PE, and AR. Check whether the role you want exists in your region or whether you need to look across borders. Some positions may offer remote work; others won't say until you ask.
When you interview, expect questions about your process. Hiring managers for analista roles almost always ask: 'Walk me through how you'd approach a problem you've never seen before.' They want to hear your method, not just your answer. Show them you think systematically, that you ask clarifying questions, and that you break complex work into steps.
