Our client is a Precision engineering and semiconductor manufacturing industries . Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Controls & Electrical Engineer to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible. Key Responsibilities: Design and simulate AC/DC power, control , and communication circuits. Develop and integrate control systems, sensors, and embedded hardware. Assemble, wire, modify, and troubleshoot custom electrical assemblies and control boxes. Support product improvement, innovation, and technical solution development. Prepare engineering documentation, BOMs, wiring drawings, test procedures, and project reports. Work with customers and suppliers on technical requirements, project execution, and issue resolution. Provide technical support to Sales and Marketing for customer engagement. Support Operations and Quality teams in troubleshooting, process improvement, and product performance issues. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical hardware, circuitry, embedded systems, or controls engineering. Experience with C/C++ microcontroller programming, such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or equivalent platforms. Good understanding of closed-loop control systems and sensors, including pressure, temperature, motion, and proximity sensors. Hands-on experience with soldering, crimping, DMMs, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and electrical troubleshooting. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
