Our Client are seeking a dedicated Customer Engineer to support semiconductor manufacturing operations. This role involves hands-on equipment service, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform Tier I service activities independently and Tier II with guidance. Carry out preventive maintenance and complete quality repairs within set timeframes. Respond to fab issues, coordinate with engineers, and join escalation calls. Verify equipment performance and assist senior engineers when required. Apply diagnostic techniques to resolve technical problems in process, software, or hardware systems. Contribute to projects aimed at reducing costs and increasing uptime. Ensure customer satisfaction by planning and coordinating support with client management. Work in a cleanroom environment while adhering to strict safety procedures. Competencies Strong technical foundation with established day-to-day service skills. Ability to recognize and solve typical problems independently. Clear communication skills to exchange technical information effectively. Team-oriented mindset with impact through quality service delivery. Self-managed workload with moderate supervision. Requirements Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering. Maintenance or technical service experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
