Counter Manager

Overseeing the daily operation of the stores and assisting with the day-to-day operations if needed Managing staff deployed to the respective counters Planning of roster to ensure the most effective coverage of the counter maximizing the resources available to customer flow Working with product management team on the sales mechanics and to conduct briefing to the respective stores Ensuring sufficient stocks for all stores so that there will be operational and executional efficiency within the stores Working closely with different stakeholders on the training requirements Preparation of various weekly and monthly reports Ensuring the achievement/meeting of sales target at the respective counters
