We’re Hiring: Payroll Specialist Creating Moments. Connecting Members. Building Community. We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will manage the Club’s payroll operations across multiple payroll runs and support compensation and benefits, manpower reporting, statutory requirements and payroll-related audits. You will work closely with the HR Business Partners and Head of Departments (HOD) to ensure payroll information is accurate, complete and submitted on time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, takes pride in getting the details right and is looking to build broader experience across payroll, compensation and benefits, reporting and HR systems. Payroll Administration Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple payroll runs for full-time, part-time and other employee groups. Work closely with HR Business Partners and HODs to ensure attendance, overtime, allowances, employee changes and other payroll inputs are complete and submitted on time. Review and process salaries, overtime, allowances, incentives, deductions, claims, unpaid leave and other payroll adjustments. Perform payroll checks and reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely salary payments. Process final salary, off-cycle payments and other payroll adjustments where required. Manage payroll-related statutory submissions, including CPF, SDL, Foreign Worker Levy, Self-Help Group contributions and applicable tax matters. Maintain proper payroll records, approvals, supporting documents and audit trails. Prepare payroll records and supporting documents for internal and external audits and follow up on payroll-related audit queries and findings where required. Ensure payroll practices and processes comply with statutory and internal control requirements. Respond to employee enquiries relating to salary, payslips, overtime, deductions and other payroll matters. Compensation, Benefits & Manpower Reporting Support compensation and benefits benchmarking, including salary market comparisons and benefits reviews. Support annual salary reviews, promotions, salary adjustments, AWS and variable bonus exercises. Prepare payroll, headcount, overtime, manpower cost and other workforce reports for Management. Prepare and submit MOM and other government manpower surveys, ensuring the data submitted is accurate and consistent with HR and payroll records. Maintain accurate salary, benefits and compensation-related records. HRIS & Process Improvement Maintain accurate payroll and employee information in the HRIS. Support payroll system updates, testing and enhancements. Review payroll workflows and identify opportunities to improve accuracy, controls and efficiency. Support improvements to payroll processes, reporting and system workflows. Other Duties Liaise with Finance and relevant departments on payroll and manpower-related matters, where required. Support compensation, benefits and other HR initiatives and duties as assigned by the Director of Human Resources. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline. At least 3 years of hands-on payroll experience, with experience managing end-to-end payroll. Good knowledge of Singapore payroll practices and statutory requirements. Experience managing multiple payroll runs, payroll reconciliation, overtime, allowances and deductions would be advantageous. Exposure to compensation and benefits, salary benchmarking or manpower reporting would be an advantage. Good Microsoft Excel skills and comfortable working with payroll data, reconciliation and reports. Experience with HRIS or payroll systems. Familiarity with Info-Tech HRMS would be an advantage. Strong numerical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Organised and able to manage multiple payroll deadlines. Able to work independently while collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, HODs and other departments. Able to handle confidential employee and salary information with discretion and professionalism. Why Join Us?
